Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We ship UK orders within 1-3 working days after an order is placed. All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and can usually be expected within 2-4 business days.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at featherandfield@outlook.com, and we will send you a return address. Postage will be at the buyers expense and initial postage costs will not be refunded. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All of our candles and some of our vessels are hand made so may show variations in colour and markings. We deal with natural products so small imperfections are to be expected.
We take every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.
Exchanges
You are welcome to exchange your product for another candle of the same price and size within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery costs on all returned or exchanged items.
Refunds
We hope that you'll be thrilled with your candles when they arrive but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help. Contact us on featherandfield@outlook.com for assistance and we'll get back to you promptly.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
